There Was an Old Lady

Lucille Colandro is a GENIUS!  Have you read her books?  She has such a talent for taking the classic There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly story and turning it into these cute, funny, entertaining stories that children love reading!  My newest favorite in her series is There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Chick!.
This book can be purchased through Amazon.
Basically, the Old Lady swallows all of these Easter/Spring items and, at the end of the story, coughs of an Easter basket of goodies when she meets the Easter Bunny.  The Old Lady books are full of fun rhyming words and can be used to practice the sequencing of events.  Here are two FREEBIES from my Old Lady bundle on TpT:

Luck o' the Irish

There's something about St. Patrick's Day that I just love.  I don't know what it is, but I just do!  Now that my boys are 3 (and a half - don't really know where the time has gone, but it's flown!), they are amazing me with their ability to remember EVERYTHING, so I feel like it's my job to make sure we do fun things and build memories.  Thank goodness for Pinterest!  This year, I think I'm going to do this:
I can't wait to see the boys faces in the morning!
How to Catch a Leprechaun!!!!
My  boys will LOVE brainstorming ways to catch a leprechaun!  Scroll down for some "How to Catch a Leprechaun" FREEBIES from my TpT store.

M really loves all things crafting (wonder who gets that from ;) and B has really become obsessed with gluing things.  He has no interest in glue sticks.  It has to be white Elmer's glue or nothing!  LOL
Here are a couple of crafts that we're going to try:
St. Patrick's Day Rainbows

Adorable Leprechauns
St. Patrick's Day Mobile
Spin-a-Sound
I've also been working on some more educational activities including these fun beginning sound, rhyming and ABC letter match:
Math Activities: Counting, Addition, Math Journals

Lucky Charms Cereal Sort
Sorting Medial Sounds
